Here’s how it works…
Dinner
5:30-6:15pm Wine and hors d'oeuvres
6:15pm Seating begins
6:30pm First course served
9:00pm Last course served
9:45pm Guests begin to depart
Our Chefs are invited to prescribe to farm to table practices in their menu development in order to take advantage of fresh, seasonal offerings.
For that reason, menus will be sent out the Monday before each event. Please share your allergies when you book your seats.
Tickets
Ticket price $395.00 + tax & service fees
Price includes paired wines, passed hors d’oeuvres, and a four course meal all served with the backdrop of GRAMMY recognized artists performing in a unique, Historic Acadian setting.
To request seats for an upcoming Secret Supper, please complete our seat request form. A member of the Maison Madeleine team will follow up with availability and ticket purchase information. You can also acquire tickets through emailing walt@maisonmadeleine.com
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, but may be rescheduled to another available Secret Supper date within the same calendar year if your plans need to change.
Accommodations
Our two-bedroom suite is reserved for our visiting chef(s) during Secret Suppers.
If you are traveling from out of town and would like assistance with accommodations, please email walt@maisonmadeleine.com with your desired Secret Supper date. We’re happy to assist you finding nearby options and accommodations.
Attire
Dress for an intimate evening at Maison Madeleine and for the season. Our Louisiana setting is part of the experience, with warm air, garden paths, and ground that may be soft after rain. Comfortable shoes are encouraged, and heels are best left at home.
Cancellations
In the event Maison Madeleine must cancel a Secret Supper, guests will be offered the opportunity to reschedule for a future date.
